Of his 13 years in the construction industry, Roland has been with us at Creative Homes the longest of any of our employees. A native of Lubbock, he has an 22 year old daughter, Candie, and a 21 year old son, Roland, Jr. who has recently joined the Marine Corps. On most Sunday afternoons one might find Roland on the volleyball court, his favorite recreational hobby.
